Belching Beaver From easy-drinking Blondes, Triple IPAs, Peanut Butter Milk Stout, Imperial Stouts as well as sours and barrel-aged beers, Belching Beaver Brewery has a beer for every palate.
White Labs Their multi-yeast strain approach to brewing creates a variety of flavors with a single recipe, the yeast being the only variable. Each beer has it's own unique flavor profile, all while utilizing the same core ingredients of a single beer recipe. For example, an IPA recipe brewed with one yeast strain will taste vastly different than one brewed with another yeast strain. This tasting method gives White Labs Brewing Co. patrons the unique opportunity to experience how much a yeast strain can impact the complexity and overall profile of beer.
Societe Their family of beers is made up of Out West hoppy ales, Belgian-inspired Old World brews, dark Stygian beers, and wine-barrel aged Feral sours handcrafted on a 20 barrel brewhouse. Societe's tasting room showcases the brewing process with an unobstructed view of the barrel room and brewery.
Duck Foot Their beer lineup consists of some light-bodied, some big and strong. Some hoppy and bitter, some with a touch of biscuity, bready malt sweetness, and perhaps even some a bit on the sour side. Have issues with gluten? Duckfoot brews ALL of their beers using a special enzyme that removes nearly all traces of gluten from the beer.
